Rookies vs. the Pro's camper game in Hammond Stadium

Friday afternoon is reserved for the rookies to play against the "Twins Legends" in Hammond Stadium.  This is really the highlight of the week for the rookies.  They get to play against the guys they cheered for growing up.  The legends are getting a little old so a few of us join the pro staff to play some outfield and catching.  Last year I was playing left field and this year I did the same.   I was also able to get out there and catch one inning as well.  Bill "Soup" Campbell was throwing as the Rookies could not muster up a run against the legends and the rookies ended up losing 1-0.   Blyleven started the game, Juan Berenguer, Rick Aguilera, and Eric Rasmussen also threw for the Pro Staff.

It was a good afternoon - need to rest up for the big game tomorrow.....

Kangaroo Court this evening -- I will have cash ready tonight -- it has been 3 court sessions without a fine so I am due.
