Tuesday Baseball - take 2 and go to right

Another nice day in fort myers this morning -- it was sunny and high 60's by the first pitch -- it could be warmer but this feels great (what is the temp in Minny?) and the HrSamski's were ready to get a couple wins -- game 1 we played the 3 Amigos -- highlighted  by a group of guys I played with last year -- big Besser was on the bump.  We had young Joe chuckin' on the mound for us -- we struggled early and they were hitting the ball good - a few walks mixed in and they had 7 runs in the first 4 innings - we got some runs and were down by 3 heading into the 6th inning.  So losing 7-4 we put together a nice rally and with the scored tied 7-7 I hit a line shot to RF -- but Stumpy (the right fielder) was able to snag it and we stayed tied.  We shut them down in the top of the 7th and 3 batters later - Randy with a walk off hit to win it for us - good game, great comeback -- HrSampSki's are now 3-0.

Bruno got us together and called that type of game -- " A Snatch" it might not have been pretty but we stole the game -- he said some other things but I cannot put that into the blog (not family friendly).

The 2nd game we played the Wildcats - they were 2-1 going into the game and looking to knock us off our undefeated pedistal. Well they did just that -- the game was a hit parade for the Wildcats -- mix in some real questionable defense and very timely (and excellent) hitting -- they beat us 16-3.

But if you would have told me we would be 3-1 I would take it -- I also only have 1 hit so far in camp so if you would have told me we would be 3-1 and I have one hit, I would take that too.

Kangaroo court this evening -- the Judge told me to bring something to court (and it wasn't cash -- so I will need to bring 2 things now)
